Concierge Introductory Interview & Assessment
This session will be a one-on-one consult between the Concierge and the Client. It may either be virtual or in person to face. The objectives for this consult include:
Understand what board service is.
Know if they are ‘ready now’ or ‘ready later’ for board service, and if they meet the general characteristics that are expected of board members.
Understand the general expectations of their role if they are a tech savvy board member.
Identify potential companies/industries of interest for future board service.

The 4 Modules will be presented in a classroom (virtual or in-person ) format, for a class size of 10 to 20. The instructors are board members who also serve as Concierges LIVE! The class can be tailored to meet the needs of the provider. It will include a presentation by the instructor, exercises, and Q&A.

4 Modules Taken Online using the Teachable™ Platform. Each Module consists of board readiness information shared in presentation format and also includes videos and/or voiceovers of the instructor to provide the detailed context of the information being shared.
Concierge-driven Module reviews, homework, and Q&A sessions. Your Concierge is a seasoned board member currently serving on 1 or multiple public or private boards of $1B+ Revenue or Market Cap, is a member of NACD, and has no less than 2 years of board experience. They have the credentials, expertise, and desire to coach Clients to board readiness. Each Concierge will use a standard Concierge Playbook to ensure the quality and consistency of the coaching process.
5th Bonus Module ‘Ready For Day 1’ will be offered to those Clients who take this option. The Module will be available for up to 1 year after the completion of the Curriculum.
