This course is designed specifically for groups of 10 to 20. Using our 4D Framework & Methodology, we conduct Live, (virtual or in person) training for companies or organizations. Our class provides current and critical board readiness information shared in presentation format. The course can be done in one day or spread out over 4 days. It is Concierge-driven, and includes, exercises, homework, Q&A and role playing.
The instructor//Concierge is a seasoned board member currently serving on 1 or multiple public or private boards of $1B+ Revenue -is a member of NACD, and has no less than 2 years board experience. They have the credentials, expertise and desire to coach executives to board readiness. Our Concierges have experience in general mgt, digital, law, finance, supply chain, M&A and more. So we can conduct classes for specific competencies or generic.
Each Concierge uses a standard Concierge Playbook to ensure quality and consistency of the course delivery while bringing their own experiences to enrich the student experience.
