Welcome to Board Curators™ ! We are delighted that you will be participating in our program designed to provide a customized and intimate approach to assisting qualified leaders and successful professionals secure a board position.

As you know, Board Curators assists Clients in:

1) Understanding the role and duties of a director

2) Determining if board service is right for them

3) Being ready to receive an invitation for a board seat

The Concierge acts as a coach and subject matter expert, meeting with the Client throughout their journey and guiding them to success in meeting their governance goals.

This playbook includes all the information you need to successfully navigate the Board Curators’ Client Experience. It is designed for all Concierges to follow to ensure a consistent and high-quality engagement between the Client and their Concierge. While it does provide some structure for the critical foundational aspects, we also expect the Concierge to draw upon their experience and best practices to further enhance the Client Experience.
