Concierge Introductory Interview & Assessment
- The Links member who is interested in board service, but would First like to have an assessment of their board readiness would take this offering.
- Links member will be interviewed by one of The Board Curators concierges so we can get to know you, your background, your aspirations and what you currently understand about board service. We provide you with a written assessment of what you may consider doing to get ready for board service. This assessment does not replace our Board Curator Concierge offering.
- Our concierges are seasoned Board Members that each have over three years of board Director experience, is a member of NACD, and serves as board member for a public or private company with over $1 billion in revenue.
- Recommended courses, interactions and partnerships
- Instruction that will work with them to curate mindset, references, and network
- How to Decide if board service is right for you
- Day in the Life of a Board, Board Diversity
- Contacts in search firms or other groups
- Awareness of commitment/expectations
