Teri G. Fontenot is a high-impact strategist and visionary in an industry where disruption and risk are the norm. As CEO of Woman’s Hospital in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, for over two decades, Teri increased net assets to nearly a billion dollars and positioned the quantenary regional referral system as a national leader in women’s health. She has held leadership positions on numerous state and national boards of insurance, healthcare, banking and utility companies.
Teri is passionate about adding shareholder value through effective governance and strategic direction. She is on the board of directors of three public companies, a private utility, two private equity portfolio companies, and is a senior advisor to four private equity firms. She is also on the board of Orlando Health, a $7 billion not-for-profit health system in central Florida. As a CPA/MBA, she is a SEC qualified financial expert and frequently serves as audit committee chair.
